- *Weight measurement is compared between the 'Actual Weight' and the 'Scale Weight'. If the Scale Weight is more than 2 times of the Actual Weight. The price will be calculated based on 'Scale Weight'. The calculation formula is as follows:
- Scale Weight = Width x Length x Height (in centimeters) / 5000
- Actual Weight = Weighed of the parcel including the original packaging box
- Price calculation is based on the total weight of all parcels sent in that round, not calculate separately. If the total weight of the parcel is less than 1 kg, the price will be charged at 1 kg of the higher type.
- **Except brand name products will not be weighed together with other products. Only brand name products will be weighed together.
- **Brand name products Limited to products priced no more than 60,000 yen/piece. The price will be based on the purchase receipt. (Please attach the receipt in the system or send to admin via chat) If there is no receipt, product prices will be assessed according to market prices in Thailand.
- Every product is unpacked and inspected before sending out. And there may be repackaging of products as appropriate.
- All prices above include tax clearance.
Repackage
- Repackage is putting many items into a big box to save on domestic delivery only. We will not unpack the product at all. (except being examined in the tax clearing process)
- Customers have the right to choose how to pack by filling in the form when the product arrives in Thailand.
- Box size selection is at the team's discretion. If it is considered that the bundled box is not worth it compared to sending individually, it will not be repackaged.
- The actual box size may differ from the table 1-5 cm per side because packing the product in the box may cause the box to expand than the standard.

When the parcel arrives in Thailand, customers can choose to receive the product in 2 formats.
Pick up by yourself
- Self pick upYou must be able to pick up the product on the day and time that the company makes an appointment only. (usually weekdays during business hours) If you are unsure, you should choose courier delivery.
- Picking up items in person doesn't have to come in person. You can request private transport to pick you up instead (e.g. grab, lalamove, etc.)
- The company's warehouse is located On Nut , Prawet District, Bangkok. We will inform you the detailed location when picking up the product in person.
Postage:
- You can choose from two private transport providers: flash and kerry.
- You can find information on this service fee directly from flash and kerry. The company does not charge any additional service fees in this section.
- In the event that the transport that the customer chooses at the destination branch cannot receive the product into the system (for example, the branch is closed because of covid), we reserve the right to change to another transport provider.

- *When multiple items are sent to the warehouse, but not at the same time, it causes the items to be delivered differently. Customers can choose to wait and deliver at the same time and will only be charged the time they are sent out. (For example, the first round of 1 piece = 0.5 kg, the second round of 1 piece = 2.3 kg, if you choose to wait, you will be charged a single second round with a total weight of 2.8 kg) Waiting options must only have a history of having products in the next round.
- **Reserve the right to charge by area instead of by weight. It is suitable for products that are heavy but not large in volume (e.g., liquids). You can reserve a minimum of 1 cubic meter.
- ***The calculation method will take each parcel that is sent to find the volume (width x length x height in meters) and bring together must not exceed the reserved area. If found to be excess, we will take the excess as normal weight by selecting the excess in order of lastest arrival first.
Prohibited goods
We do not accept orders for these types of deliveries.

- Alcohol, Drugs, addictive substance and dangerous chemicals

- Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco, alcoholic beverages of all kinds
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials of any kind
- Products with dimensions of width, length, height, 3 sides totaling more than 300 cm.
For Air freight, there are additional restrictions as follows.
- Spray can
- Perfume / Nail polish
- Fireworks
- Products with more than 24% alcohol (sunscreen, hair tonic)
- Brand name products (value / piece exceeds 60 thousand Yen)
- Products with a built-in battery
- Products with one side longer than 150 cm
If it is violated and detected, we reserve the right to confiscate, not return the product and charge the customer a penalty as required by law, if applicable.
Product warranty
Lost product: Users who order products by themselves are required to fill in the tracking number for every item that is delivered. If the Company is the cause of the loss of the Goods, the Company shall compensate for the full value of the Goods. Damaged product: The company does not have a warranty policy for any damage caused by transportation, such as any breakage. If the product is fragile and you are not confident in the quality of the seller's packaging, please consider not buying the product or using a third-party shipping service with a damage guarantee instead.

Q&A
The delivery price of 140-180 baht per kg is the price delivered to my doorstep or not?
It's a delivery price to a warehouse in Thailand only. Customers can choose to pick up the product in person at the warehouse (free of charge) or send it by private mail (the actual shipping fee charged by the post office).
When the goods arrive in Thailand, do you still have to pay additional taxes?
The consignment price is the price that includes the clearance of import duties and the customer does not have to pay additional taxes.
Can I pick up the product myself?
Self pickup is possible. You must be able to pick up on the date and time appointed by the company only (usually on weekdays during business hours). If you are not sure if you can pick up, choose to send by post. Self-pickup does not have to come in person, can call a private transport to pick up instead (such as grab, lalamove, etc.) The company's warehouse is located at On Nut, Prawet District, Bangkok. A detailed location will be sent to you when picking up your order yourself.
Can I check the parcel status?
Customers can check the parcel status by logging in and accessing the parcel list menu. There will be a ship's name displayed if the package has landed on that ship. The company will update the list every time after the container is closed. If the closing date of the container has not yet arrived but you want to check whether the parcel has arrived at the warehouse or not, you can bring the track to check from the Japanese shipping company. If the status is delivered, then it has arrived. Japan has three major shipping companies: JPPOST, Yamato and Sagawa. If the cargo has arrived at the warehouse but is not on the list that has been boarded around the ship, it is possible that: 1. The container is full, wait for the next container check. 2. The address of the envelope is not as stated in the system. The product will be separated into an unknown parcel and must wait for the product to arrive in Thailand first. 3.Staff on the ship missed the check, wait for the product to arrive in Thailand first as well.
How can I pay and can I pay in installments?
The system will send payment information to the registered channel when the product arrives in Thailand. The money transfer channel is PromptPay/Credit card and cannot pay in installments
I would like to bid on the item myself. Can you give me an ID to bid yourself?
Customers can use the purchase service for auctions like a normal purchase. We do not have a policy to rent or lend any ID. Customers have to study the information on their own.
Can I request a receipt/tax invoice for business proof/tax benefits?
Customers using Koneko Shipping's consignment service can request a receipt/tax invoice. You can log in and fill in the requested information in the system and can request a retroactive 3 months from the date of billing.
